更改HBSF MDC論文之MDC數值

聽了老師星期四上課所提的一些想法後，
便搜尋了關於IRT/MDC的相關文獻。
閱讀後，決定將所有個案兩次評估所得能力分數推算之SE取平均，
取代傳統測驗理論的SEM來算MDC值。
"Alternatively, SEM is a test statistic generated under the Classical Test Theory and can be thought of as an average of all SEEs generated from IRT models. "

結果:
Intra-rater:
Average SE=0.228
MDC=0.633

Inter-rater:
Average SE=0.226
MDC=0.628
(四捨五入算到小數點第二位後，所得的MDC值是相同的)

除以可能的最高分數:9.39
兩者所得的MDC%＝6.7%(<10%, excellent)

用之前SEM所得的MDC%=12-13%, 是現在算出來的兩倍...
之後還須再確認...
